Key Responsibilities

Requirements

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and hardworking Ductman to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, assembling, fabricating, and maintaining ducting systems for HVAC installations in commercial, industrial, and residential environments. Key Responsibilities

  • Fabricate, install, and modify sheet metal ducts (GI/PI ducts)

  • Measure, cut, and assemble duct components based on drawings and site requirements

  • Install hangers, supports, insulation, and duct accessories

  • Read and interpret HVAC/drafting diagrams, plans, and blueprints

  • Ensure proper alignment, sealing, and insulation of ducts to prevent leakages

  • Perform repairs and adjustments on existing duct systems

  • Collaborate with site engineers, supervisors, and technicians

  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working area

  • Prepare daily updates and communicate progress to supervisors

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Ductman or Sheet Metal Worker

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC duct fabrication and installation methods

  • Ability to use hand tools, cutting machines, and power tools

  • Familiarity with GI, PI, and flexible duct systems

  • Ability to read technical drawings and site plans

  • Good understanding of safety regulations and practices

  • Physically fit to work at heights and confined spaces

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in targeted market segments

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients, consultants, and contractors

  • Understand project specifications, drawings, and tender documents to provide accurate solutions

  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and pricing based on project requirements

  • Negotiate terms and close deals to meet sales targets and company objectives

  • Coordinate with design, estimation, and operations teams for project execution

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new client networks

  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to management

Requirements

  • Ability to interpret drawings, BOQs, and project specifications

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
